Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

8.3 Data Retained After Deletion

When you delete your account:

Coupl is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer your information, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

We use push notifications to enhance your experience with features like:

You can control notification preferences in your device settings or within the app.

You can use Coupl as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is associated with your device and includes quiz responses and partner connections. Guest accounts can be converted to registered accounts to secure your data permanently.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Coupl after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
